The Marigold Collective is named for the marigold: a flower that symbolizes light, protection, abundance, and growth. It is a fitting name for an agency built on the belief that you should not have to dim your life to run your business.
This agency was built by a mom who homeschools her daughter, who believes family comes first, who has watched too many good business owners burn themselves out trying to do everything alone, and who decided there had to be a better way.

MEET THE FOUNDER
I started in business the way a lot of people do: figuring it out as I went, saying yes to everything, and doing most of it myself.
What I realized over time was that the business owners around me who were truly thriving were not the ones working more hours. They were the ones who had the right people around them. They were the ones who had learned to stay in their zone of genius and let a trusted team handle the rest.
That is my zone of genius: sitting across from a business owner, hearing where they want to go, and seeing immediately what they need to get there. Almost always it is team. And almost always they have been putting it off because they do not know where to start, do not have time to search, or are afraid to trust someone else with their business.
I built The Marigold Collective for exactly that person.
I am a mom who homeschools my daughter and believes deeply that your business should support your life, not consume it. I am faith-rooted, I am direct, and I genuinely believe that the right team changes everything.

Do I have to start with The Influence Intensive?
It is not a hard requirement, but it is where we recommend everyone start. The Intensive is how we build your roadmap together, and that roadmap is what drives everything that happens inside your agency package. Without it, we are guessing. With it, we have clear direction of your goals and what you want to build and in what order.
What if I don't enjoy working with the Virtual Assistant you pair me with?
